A precious little angel, AdaLynn Ilene Smith, beloved infant daughter of Stephanie Nicole Smith, passed away at 5:53 p.m., Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Women and Children's Hospital in Columbia. AdaLynn was born at 1:13 p.m., October 12, 2016 and was deeply loved by family and friends.

AdaLynn is survived by her mother, Stephanie Nicole Smith, of Martinsburg; grandparents, Esther Ilene and Daren Swaim, of Martinsburg and Robert Leland "Rob" Smith and special friend, Ann Day, of Vandalia; uncles, Brandon Lee Smith, of Martinsburg, Aaron David Smith and wife, Allie, of Milliken, Colorado and Matthew Swaim, of Columbia; aunt, Christy Geabhart and husband, Mike, of Blue Springs and great-grandparents, Ron and Donna Smith, of Vandalia and Charlie and Diane Swaim, of Martinsburg.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Jim and Margaret Bentley.

Private Graveside Services were held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2016at Liberty Cemetery in Martinsburg, Missouri. Rev. Justin Keith officiated. Services were under the direction of the Myers Funeral Home in Wellsville.
