Katherine "Kathy" Mary Spiers, 70, of Wentzville, formerly of Wellsville, passed away Friday January 14, 2022, at her home.

Kathy was born in Mexico on August 2, 1951, the daughter of Wilmer and Edythe (Hollenberg) Spiers. She worked as a probation and parole officer for the State of Missouri. Most recently she was a jewelry designer and seller.

Survivors include one brother, Kelly Spiers (Lois), of Wellsville; three nieces, Dena Spiers, of Wellsville, Lois Ann Maskey (Ryan), of Wellsville, and Tricia Kessel (Dave), of Bonita Springs, FL; one nephew, Lindell Spiers (Jenny), of Wellsville; one great niece, MaKenna Maskey; and two great nephews, Layton and Andrew Maskey; and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
