Kevin Oliver Chandler, 55, of Center, formerly of High Hill, passed away at 3:08 p.m., Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Westview Nursing Home in Center, Missouri.

Kevin was born April 16, 1962, in Mexico, Missouri, a son of Harold Oliver and Frances Ruth (Stephens) Chandler.

When Kevin was younger, he went to Wright City Baptist Church. He had attended Wright City High School.

He had previously been employed at Permaneer, making furniture. It later became Charles Wood.

Kevin enjoyed coming home and spending time with his family, especially visiting with his nieces and nephews.

Kevin is survived by his parents, Harold and Fran Chandler, of High Hill; sisters and brothers and their spouses, Sheryl Renae Freeman, of New Florence, Sheila Ruth and Reubin Lowe, of Middletown, Karl Lee Chandler, of High Hill and Shaun Eugene and Jennifer Chandler, of Montgomery City; 8 nieces and nephews and 11 great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Funeral services were at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 16, 2017 at the Myers Funeral Home in Middletown. Tena Pool officiated.

Burial was in Fairmount Cemetery in Middletown, Missouri. Serving as pallbearers were Karl Chandler, Shaun Chandler, Benjamin Lowe, Kennith Lowe, Reubin Lowe and Cody Nelson.

Visitation was held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service, Monday, at the funeral home.
