Otto Franklin Hendricks, 91, of Auxvasse, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Per Otto's request, there will be no services held.

Otto was born on May 4, 1934 in Montgomery City, Missouri, the son of Wesley Hendricks Sr. and Pansy (Powell) Hendricks.  On January 18, 1955, he married Donna Mae King in Winona, Mississippi, who preceded him in death on April 26, 2019.

He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Mexico, Missouri. Otto worked as a cattle order buyer and later as a troubleshooter for property management companies. He cared deeply for those he loved and was always there to support them. He was a man who truly put his family first. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought him great joy, and he treasured every moment he spent with them. He also enjoyed working in his garden, especially growing vegetables and tending to his flowers, finding peace in the simple things he loved.

Survivors include three sons, Gregory Franklin Hendricks of Clark, Missouri, Otto Dwaine Hendricks of Columbia, Missouri, and Nathan Roy Hendricks of Jefferson City, Missouri; two daughters, Sheryll L. Michell of Gulfport, Mississippi and Jean Ann Dopler of Laguna Vista, Texas; seven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

Otto is preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife Donna; one son, Matthew Hendricks; one daughter Dianna Hale; two sisters; and one brother.
