Patricia Edith Daye, 83, of Wellsville, formerly of California and Utah, passed away at 3:15 p.m., Monday, March 13, 2017 at Gamma Road Lodge in Wellsville, where she had resided since June 27, 2011.

Mrs. Daye was born February 20, 1934, in Middletown, New York, a daughter of George Ezra and Edna Mae (Avery) Moore.

Pat was a Pre-School Teacher for over 30 years in the states of California and Utah, where she had lived most of her life. She retired in 2005.

She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Chula Vista, California and had attended Faith Baptist Church in Utah.

Pat loved kids. She also enjoyed walking, going to church and putting puzzles together.

Pat is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Nanette Emily "Nan" and James Walker, of Clifton Hill and Colleen Edith O'Brien, of Stuart, Florida; son, Danny Robin Daye, of Layton, Utah; five grandchildren and spouses, Jessica Ann Daye, of Columbia, Justen Michael Umstad, of Haggerstown, Maryland, Jennifer Rose "Jenny" and Brian Graham, of Powell, Tennessee, Jason Michael and Whitney O'Brien, of Stuart, Florida and Lisa Lafferty O'Brien, of Orlando, Florida; three great-grandchildren, Dylan Brian Graham, of Powell, Tennessee and Ryu Aiden and Kennedy Helen O'Brien, of Stuart, Florida and two sisters, Dolores Ruth Radvioy, of Aoleday, Florida and Carol Ann Scerone, of Newburg, New York.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Edna Moore.

At Pat's request, she was cremated and there will be no services.

Arrangements were under the direction of the Myers Funeral Home in Wellsville.
