Robert Lee "Bob" Angel, 81, of Middletown, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at his home in Middletown.

Mr. Angel was born September 19, 1938 in Middletown, Missouri, a son of James Asa "Buck" Angel, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth (Watson) Angel.

On August 28, 1959 in Springfield, Missouri, he married Donna Horton. They shared over 60 years together and were the parents of six children. Bob and Donna have lived at their present address since 1972. Bob had lived in the Middletown area all of his life.

Bob was a self-employed logger.

He enjoyed woodworking.

Bob is survived by his wife, Donna Angel, of the home in Middletown; children, Deborah Ann Angel, of Middletown, Malinda Sue Angel, of Fulton, Crystal Lee (Kent) Wood, of Auxvasse, Shelby Lou (Phil) Kopp, of Montgomery City, Heather Lee Massman, of Troy and Robert Nicholas (Jennifer) Angel, of Osage Beach; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Wesley Allen Angel, of Wellsville, Paul Dean Angel, of Couch, Alfred Joseph "Joe" Angel, of Middletown and William "Willie" Angel, of Middletown; in addition to several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant sister, Nellie Ruth Angel; brothers, James Asa "Jitterbug" Angel, Jr. and James Marion "Bud" Angel and sister, Mary Jane Elliott.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Myers Funeral Home in Wellsville.
