Victor George Burkhart, 56, of Laddonia, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Gamma Road Lodge in Wellsville.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., Saturday, November 16th at the Bertels Farm, 10496 Audrain Road 609, Laddonia, MO 63352.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Myers Funeral Home in Wellsville.

Mr. Burkhart was bornSeptember 10, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio, a son of Phyllis Irene (Lesley) Burkhart.

He had lived in the Laddonia/Martinsburg area most all of his life.

Victor was a mechanic. He had been a painter at an autobody shop as well.

He enjoyed tinkering with cars. Victor would take soda cans and make things out of them. He also made wooden boxes.

Victor was a great son, had a wonderful personality and everyone loved him.

Victor is survived by his mother and step-father, Phyllis Irene and Kenneth Bertels, of Laddonia; sisters, Sindi Montz, of Columbus, Ohio, Beverly Shatley and husband, Chris, of Clark and Cheri Prather, of Mexico; in addition to nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his niece, Jeaniece Marie Walker.
