Bill was born in Mexico, Missouri on January 22, 1955. He was the son of William Price and Ruth Ann (Johnson) Hale.
Bill has a diverse work history and among his favorites were farming, auto mechanic and auto body shop, and a bus driver for both Community R-VI and North Callaway Schools.
He was proud of his Lutheran Faith and mentioned it often. Bill's family and friends were very important to him and he cherished his time with them.
