Wonda Mae Eoff McCoy, 81, of Middletown, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020 at her home in Middletown.

Mrs. McCoy was born February 19, 1939 in Stigler, Oklahoma, a daughter of Clayton Latis and Virla Marie (Butler) Ligon.

On July 22, 1955 in Bowling Green, Missouri, she married Delbert Edgar Eoff. He preceded her in death on September 5, 1981. She then married John Amos McCoy on November 8, 1984 in Montgomery City, Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 19, 2014.

Wonda had lived at her address in Middletown since 1955.

She was a member of the Church of the Resurrection in Wellsville.

Wonda enjoyed sewing and embroidering. She also liked cooking and baking. Wonda enjoyed working word and number puzzles and putting together jigsaw puzzles. She loved animals and especially liked playing with her dogs.

Wonda is survived by her children, Sarah Jane McCoy, of Middletown, Laura Jean Blackard, of Jonesburg, Thomas Edgar Eoff and wife, Robin, of Middletown and Nancy Lynn Eoff, of Middletown; grandchildren, Michael Aron (Gretchen) Penn, of Fort Hood, Texas, Delbert Wayne Blackard, of St. Louis, Laura Jean Blackard, of Columbia, James Allen "Jimmy" Blackard, of Mexico, Katherine Lee "Katie" (Josh) Cobb, of Ashland, Deanna Marie Copeland, of Wright City, Timothy Michael (Lacey Rogers ) Kallbrier, of Warrenton and Richard Moore, of Corning, Arkansas; great-grandchildren, Chase Alexander Penn, Sierra Rose Penn, Gemma Marie Penn, Steven James Blackard, Isabella Marie Blackard, Simon Oscar Blackard, Timothy James Blackard, Nathan Lee Pierce, Joseph Wayne Pierce, Aleksander Robert "Alek" Sekowski, Sebastian Fryderyck Sekowski, Lily Lee Cobb, Ellie Jo Cobb, Richard Robert "Ricky" Cobb, Harvey Leonidas Blackard, Lindsay Ann Kallbrier and Allison May Kallbrier; sister, Shirley Kay Worthington, of Troy; in addition to many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Delbert Edgar Eoff and John Amos McCoy; infant daughter, Sally Mae Eoff; son, Timmy Earl Eoff; brothers, Denver Hulen Ligon, Curtis Lane Ligon and Alvin LeRoy Ligon and sister, Wilma Marie Lemons.

Visitationwas held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., October 12, 2020at the Myers Funeral Home in Wellsville.

Funeral services were at11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October13, 2020at the funeral home. Rev. Steve Mason officiated.

Burial was in Fairmount Cemetery in Middletown, Missouri. Serving as pallbearers were Jimmy Blackard, Herb Cochran, Jim Delue, Timothy Kallbrier, Jim Lemons and Joseph Pierce. Honorary pallbearers were Steven Blackard, Ricky Moore, Chase Penn, Michael Pennand Nathan Pierce.

Memorial contributions were suggested to the Fairmount Cemetery Association or St. Clement Cemetery Association c/o Myers Funeral Home, 203 East Bates Street, Wellsville, MO 63384.
